necessaris per a desenvolupar les nostres funcions vitals.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Actualment, es parla molt de la import\u00e0ncia de menjar saludablement, per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 significa realment un men\u00fa escolar infantil saludable?&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">&#13;\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">&#13;\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">D&#8217;acord amb la <a href=\"https:\/\/salutpublica.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/minisite\/aspcat\/promocio_salut\/alimentacio_saludable\/02Publicacions\/pub_alim_inf\/guia_alimentacio_saludable_etapa_escolar\/guia_alimentacio_etapa_escolar.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Guia d&#8217;Alimentaci\u00f3 Saludable en l&#8217;Etapa Escolar de la Generalitat<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, perqu\u00e8\u00a0una alimentaci\u00f3 es consideri saludable ha de ser completa, suficient, equilibrada, satisfact\u00f2ria, adaptada, sostenible i segura. second-textarea\">Limita tamb\u00e9 el consum d&#8217;aliments amb <strong>sucres afegits<\/strong>, com les begudes amb gas, sucs de fruita, dol\u00e7os, postres, galetes&#8230;<\/div><br\/><\/div><br\/><\/div><br\/><div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">&#13;\n<div class=\"row\">&#13;\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div><br\/><\/div><br\/><\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">&#13;\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">&#13;\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Augmenta el consum <strong>d&#8217;aliments rics en fibra<\/strong> (cereals integrals, llegums, fruita, verdura, fruita seca). La fibra ajuda a sentir-te m\u00e9s sadollat i a regular els nivells de sucre i colesterol en sang.<\/div><br\/><\/div><br\/><\/div><br\/><div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">&#13;\n<div class=\"row\">&#13;\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div><br\/><\/div><br\/><\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">&#13;\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">&#13;\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">No et passis amb el consum de <strong>sal<\/strong>: un exc\u00e9s pot provocar hipertensi\u00f3 arterial.
