{"id":8107,"date":"2021-03-10T12:48:21","date_gmt":"2021-03-10T12:48:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/viaro.org\/?page_id=8107"},"modified":"2026-03-04T14:10:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T14:10:18","slug":"atencio-diversitat","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/viaro.org\/ca\/atencio-diversitat\/","title":{"rendered":"DOIP: Departament d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orientaci\u00f3 educativa i atenci\u00f3 a l&#8217;alumne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 a la Diversitat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#f0f0f0\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cL\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa a l\u2019alumnat compr\u00e8n el conjunt de mesures i suports destinats a tots els alumnes, amb la finalitat d\u2019afavorir el seu desenvolupament personal i social i perqu\u00e8 avancin en l\u2019assoliment de les compet\u00e8ncies de cada etapa educativa i la transici\u00f3 a la vida adulta, en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu\u201d<\/p>\n<cite>Decret 150\/2017, de 17 d\u2019octubre de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa a l\u2019alumnat en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/viaro.org\">Viar\u00f3 Global School<\/a> com a escola inclusiva parteix del fet que <a href=\"https:\/\/unafinestraoberta.com\/2021\/01\/25\/la-diversitat-una-realitat-que-ens-ajuda-a-creixer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la diversitat ens compromet amb la igualtat i l\u2019equitat entre tots<\/a>. Les eines que ens permeten articular i donar suport a aquestes necessitats s\u00f3n el Departament d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3 i Intervenci\u00f3 Psicopedag\u00f2gica (<strong>DOIP<\/strong>) i la Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 a la Diversitat (<strong>CAD<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>DOIP<\/strong> t\u00e9 com a objectiu principal actuar de manera preventiva i proactiva per detectar les necessitats de l\u2019alumnat amb la finalitat de planificar, promoure i fer el seguiment de les actuacions dirigides a donar resposta a la diversitat que presenten els nostres alumnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"709\" height=\"399\" src=\"https:\/\/viaro.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/diversitat_1.png\" alt=\"atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat\" class=\"wp-image-8108\" srcset=\"https:\/\/viaro.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/diversitat_1.png 709w, https:\/\/viaro.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/diversitat_1-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/viaro.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/diversitat_1-297x167.png 297w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 709px) 100vw, 709px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>DOIP<\/strong> treballa a quatre nivells:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amb els alumnes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es realitzen observacions i valoracions per tal de decidir quines actuacions calen fer en cada cas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es mantenen relacions externes amb l\u2019Equip d&#8217;Assessorament i orientaci\u00f3 Psicopedag\u00f2gica (EAP) del Departament d\u2019Ensenyament, amb els Centres de Desenvolupament Infantil i Atenci\u00f3 Preco\u00e7 (CDIAP), i altres entitats (CREDA, CSMIJ, \u2026) o b\u00e9 professionals que estiguin treballant amb l\u2019alumne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es fa el seguiment d\u2019aquestes intervencions, sempre tenint en compte que, pel bon aprenentatge de l\u2019alumne; tamb\u00e9 s\u2019han de tenir presents els aspectes emocionals i relacionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amb el professorat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u2019assessora i col\u00b7labora en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de les mesures i suports universal, addicionals o intensius.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019elaboren Plans de Suport Individualitzat per donar a situacions singulars de determinats alumnes en tots els contextos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es treballa per elaborar protocols dirigits a treballar de forma espec\u00edfica amb alumnes que puguin presentar disl\u00e8xia, TDAH, TEA., S\u00edndrome de Down.., que es van adaptant a cada un dels alumnes que ho requereixen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Els aspectes relacionats amb l\u2019<strong>aula<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019observaci\u00f3 del <strong>DOIP<\/strong> dins l\u2019aula permet orientar les din\u00e0miques de grup i facilitat l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 al professorat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les proves d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva es realitzen en finalitzar cadascuna de les etapes per tal d\u2019obtenir informaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s precisa sobre les habilitats generals i individuals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amb la <strong>fam\u00edlia<\/strong>, principal educadora:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El <strong>DOIP<\/strong> acompanya a la fam\u00edlia i coordina l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 en xarxa amb tots els professionals implicats en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge. La informaci\u00f3 i la participaci\u00f3 de la fam\u00edlia en aquestes actuacions, conjuntament amb les entrevistes d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial i d\u2019orientaci\u00f3, permeten donar resposta a les necessitats educatives dels alumnes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"709\" height=\"399\" src=\"https:\/\/viaro.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/diversitat_2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8111\" srcset=\"https:\/\/viaro.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/diversitat_2.png 709w, https:\/\/viaro.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/diversitat_2-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/viaro.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/diversitat_2-297x167.png 297w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 709px) 100vw, 709px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de la <strong>CAD<\/strong> es proposa l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 de les mesures i els suports. Planifica, promou i en fa seguiment. Es reuneix mensualment i &nbsp;est\u00e0 format pel Cap d\u2019Estudis com a eix vertebrador de tot el proc\u00e9s educatiu, pel Coordinador del Departament d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3 i Intervenci\u00f3 Psicopedag\u00f2gica com a especialista en processos d\u2019aprenentatge, i pels responsables de cada secci\u00f3.
