Fruita<\/strong>: Una pe\u00e7a de fruita fresca amb bastonets de pa integral.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Fruita seca<\/strong>: Normalment n&#8217;hi ha prou amb un grapat. Es poden prendre crus o torrats.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Entrep\u00e0<\/strong>: De formatge, tonyina\u2026 i ocasionalment embotit o xocolata. \u00c9s preferible que el pa sigui integral.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4. L\u00e0ctics: <\/strong>Un iogurt o un got de llet amb cereals de tipus musli.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>5. Maced\u00f2nia de fruita fresca amb iogurt natural.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Recorda que l&#8217;aigua \u00e9s la millor beguda per a acompanyar el berenar.
