Ja sabeu que <a href=\"https:\/\/viaro.org\/unafinestraoberta\/como-iniciarse-en-la-cocina-con-ninos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cuinar amb nens t\u00e9 molts beneficis<\/a>. I segur que estan dessitjant fer amb vosaltres la <a href=\"https:\/\/viaro.org\/unafinestraoberta\/panellets\/\">recepta de panallets<\/a> que han fet a l\u2019escola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recepta de panallets senzilla <br>Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr de farina d\u2019ametlla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>175 gr de sucre blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 patata mitjana bullida i sense pell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ratlladura de pell de llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per decorar: Pinyons, ametlla picada o tallada a tires, avellanes, fruita confitada, xocolata, coco, lacasitos\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un ou batut per pintar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pas a pas:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bullir la patata. Pelar-la i aixafar-la b\u00e9 amb una forquilla. Deixar refredar completament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barrejar en un bol la farina d\u2019ametlla, el sucre i la pell de llimona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afegir-hi la patata per poder comen\u00e7ar a fer la massa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amassar-ho b\u00e9 fins que quedi tota homog\u00e8nia i es pugui&nbsp; fer una bola. La massa queda una mica enganxosa per\u00f2 no s\u2019enganxa a les mans com al principi de treballar-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un cop feta la massa es recomana deixar-la reposar ben tapada perqu\u00e8 no s\u2019assequi. Hi ha qui fa els panellets al dia seg\u00fcent.
