This week we celebrate saint Cecilia (November 22nd), patron of musicians.
Music is inherent in all cultures; in fact, all the languages of the world are articulated from a particular musicality that is learned to recognize even before the meaning of the words. With lullabies mothers maintain some of the first dialogues with their children.
It is known of the many benefits that music brings us in both cognitive and emotional development. People make music of our feelings.
Thus, aware of the synergistic work that is created in different areas of the brain, at Viaró Infantil we work on musical stimulation to deepen the work of emotions, to establish social relationships, to promote the acquisition of different languages, mathematical concepts, and improved coordination, memorization, and creativity.
It is taking advantage of this opportunity, then, that our students of Viaró Infantil have had the opportunity to listen to an open-air concert where children have enjoyed the music and our privileged environment in the autumn of the hand of the teacher Louis Denise Acosta and some of the music students from Viaró Global School.
