Improving our English

As the year goes on, students have been practicing new phrases and vocabulary in English. Because of this, students have begun to use this new vocabulary in different settings, like the patio and the English Corner!  On the patio, students are using words for play or basic necessities. They use phrases like: “Pass the ball to me”, “Erin! Look!”, or describe the toy they are playing with.

They are able to communicate when they need the toilet, want to drink water, and need my help with something. In the English Corner, we focus on specific vocabulary related to their units in English Time. Students have been practicing the names of Spring items, farm animals, landscapes, directional words, Artigal stories, and much more! 

All of the Viaro Infantil students have been hard at work practicing their English speaking!
